Her Truth Media is a small team of two, and this page is a plain language summary of how we handle information from this website. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it like people.
When you use the contact form, we receive your first and last name, your email address, and anything you choose to write in the optional message box. Along with your message, the form notes how you arrived here, such as the site that referred you or a campaign tag on the link you followed, so we can understand where our inquiries come from.
If you email us directly instead, we receive whatever you send in that email.
We use your information for one thing: to reply to you and talk about possibly working together. That is all. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
This website does not use advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to follow you around the internet. Our website host may use a small number of essential cookies and keep standard server logs to keep the site secure and running; those are never used for advertising or tracking. If that ever changes, this page will change first.
We keep inquiry emails while we are in conversation with you, and while we work together if it comes to that. If you would like to know what we have from you, or would like it deleted, email katrina@hertruthmedia.com and we will take care of it.
